The Warwickshire Property Meet
The WPM was set up in October 2009 with the express purpose of enabling anyone interested in Property and therefore Wealth Creation to have a way of meeting with other like-minded individuals in a friendly and unpressurised atmosphere.
The monthly meetings are held at the Menzies Welcombe Hotel in Stratford upon Avon on the 1st Tuesday of each month. We host 11 meetings per year, with a break in August to cover for the annual summer holidays.
Each month we bring you an expert keynote speaker who is willing to share their knowledge, expertise and strategies with you. We are proud that to date we have attracted some of the biggest names in property and our speakers list for the next 12 months - is just as impressive!

The WPM is ideal for both the new investor who is looking to buy their first property and the experienced investor and landlord seeking to grow their existing portfolio.
It is also the perfect place for any professional working in the property sector such as the trades, legal services, letting agents, finance, taxation. property sourcing, building and development along with other specialist areas.
Attending the WPM is a great way for you to meet with other property investors who are always very generous with their advice and support.
Networking - is at the heart of the WPM, so we make sure you have every opportunity possible to talk to everyone there. Both informally before the meeting over a cup of tea or coffee and then during the networking session. This is where you are invited to stand up and briefly tell us about who you are. This is totally optional but it is a great way to let everyone in the room know who you are and what you are looking for.
We also have an update from our in-house experts every month keeping you up to date with the latest news, trends etc.
Everyone is always welcome to the WPM and we hope that you will come along soon to see for yourself just what we have to offer. Our doors open at 6.30pm and the meeting starts at 7pm aiming to finsh by 9.39pm
